Mats from the standard collection are delivered within 5 working days, except during holidays or festive periods.
Custom mats and rugs are delivered within 4 weeks.
Can I return my mat?
You can return your order within 14 days. Find more information here.
Custom mats and rugs cannot be returned.

How do I clean my mat / carpet?
The mat is washable at 30°. Use a mild process and don’t add any chemicals/detergents. Do not tumble dry.
Carpets can be washed, but their size often makes this difficult in a standard machine. Professional cleaning is recommended.
Both mats and rugs can be treated with textile-safe cleaning products.
