We accept returns of standard collection items within 14 days after receipt of your order. We do not accept returns for personalized doormats, rugs, or kids rugs.

Returned items must be in their original condition and must be unwashed and unused in any way, including the packaging (headercard + hanger). If not, we will deduct 5 EUR per mat from the refund.

Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by MAD ABOUT MATS.

Make sure to keep your proof of transport with you until the return is handled. If parcels get lost during transport without a prove of transport, MAD ABOUT MATS is not responsible for a reimbursement.

To return items, please follow these steps:
  1. Place the item(s) in a solid carton box
  2. Fill out the ‘return form’ . Download the form here
  3. Include the ‘return form’ in your package
  4. Take the box to your local post office and send it to:
